The preparation begins with the “mother,” a natural yeast made from water and flour, followed by a dough crafted with high-quality ingredients such as flour, eggs, dark chocolate, candied apple and ginger, sugar, and butter. After 15 hours of leavening, natural aromas like honey, orange, lemon, vanilla, cinnamon, lime, and bergamot are added. The dough is then divided, left to rise for eight hours, and baked in the oven.
