HISTORY
The Days of the Blackbird are said to be the coldest of the year. According to folklore, if these days are freezing, spring will be beautiful; otherwise, it will arrive late.
Legend tells of two white blackbirds who sought refuge in a chimney to escape the cold. When the male returned from searching for food, he did not recognize the female, now darkened by soot.
Blackbirds are omnivorous birds whose diet shifts with the seasons. They thrive in a variety of environments, especially in Europe and Asia.
This drink is inspired by two flowers found in their habitats: the rose, representing Europe, and the hibiscus, representing Asia.
