The semilanuta sow is one of Milan’s legendary creatures.
According to myth, the Celtic leader Belloveso founded the city after the goddess Belisama appeared to him in a dream, revealing a long haired sow. This is believed to be the origin of Mediolanum, meaning “semilanuta”.

This cocktail is inspired by the flavors typical of the Celtic diet in Milan, featuring bold vegetal, savory, and mineral notes.
