Morelli Academy – Cooking Class

This exclusive experience allows you to immerse yourself in the world of haute cuisine, learning secrets and techniques directly from professionals in an engaging and convivial environment.

COOKING CLASS AND DINNER
Duration: approximately 3 hours, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Maximum capacity: 16 participants
Location: the prestigious Friends’ Table
The experience is divided into 4 engaging phases:
1. Welcome briefing with the culinary team, including a tasting of non-alcoholic or alcoholic drinks and a brief introduction to the experience
2. Interactive cooking lesson with our Chefs, exploring techniques and secrets of haute cuisine
3. Final evaluation by the Executive Chef, with the presentation of a participation certificate signed by Chef Morelli and a special award
4. Closing toast and aperitif at Bulk Mixology, to share the emotions experienced

From 7:30 PM
1. Exclusive dinner at the Friends’ Table with a 5-course tasting menu accompanied by 5 selected wine glasses, for a top-level gastronomic experience.

Price: €450 per person

If fewer than 6 participants attend, the experience may be shared with other enthusiasts, ensuring a lively and convivial atmosphere.
