The Basilica of Sant’Ambrogio is dedicated to Milan’s patron saint.
Next to it is the Devil’s Column, with two holes that, according to legend, were left by the horns of the Devil, whom the Saint repelled. Saint Ambrose is the patron saint of beekeepers: as a newborn, a swarm of bees entered and exited his mouth without hurting him, a sign of his extraordinary destiny.

This drink is inspired by honey, an ingredient that can transform into an explosion of flavors dependingon its origin.
