The Basilica of Sant\u2019Eustorgio holds the sarcophagus \u0003that transported the relics of the Magi to Milan.<\/span>
\nSLegend says the cart carrying them stopped at Porta Ticinese due to its immense weight, \u0003and a basilica was built on that very spot. The eight pointed star atop the bell tower symbolizes the comet that led the Magi to Jerusalem 12 nights after Jesus’ birth, on the night of Epiphany.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tradition tells that the Magi brought three symbolic gifts: Gold, representing royalty; Incense, used \u0003in rituals for its anti-inflammatory properties; Myrrh, known for its antiseptic and analgesic effects.
\nBeyond their symbolism, these were also ancient healing remedies. This cocktail unites these three elements \u0003into a spiced and aromatic drink.<\/span><\/p>\n
